Dr. Thomas Krobath, geb. 1957, ist evangelischer Theologe und Organisationsentwicklungsberater sowie Vizerektor der Kirchlichen Pädagogischen Hochschule Wien/Krems. Seine Forschungsschwerpunkte sind: Organisationsethik, Schulentwicklung, Kultur der Anerkennung in personenbezogenen sozialen Systemen.
