CHAPTER 1
THE MYSTERY OF WATER
Water has always played a significant role in the lives of man, even before the coming of Christ Jesus.
In fact, water has been aptly described as the fluid necessary to life and this is why the Bible in Revelation 22:17 says:
‘’And the spirit and the bride say, come. And let him that heareth, come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will let him take the water of life freely.”
Another area where water plays an important role is in the area of redemption. In fact, water is essential if one is to attain the kingdom of God as vividly espoused in John 3:5 which says:
“Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.”
Furthermore, water is also very vital to divine health as well as healing the sick.
Remember, only those who have access to the secret of God enjoy kingdom divine health.
And in Psalms 23:2-3 the Bible says:
“He maketh me to lie down in the green pasture: He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.’’
On the other hands, Naaman because he had no access to the secret of God, felt annoyed initially when Elisha told him to go and wash seven times in River Jordan for his leprosy to be healed of God, Naaman obeyed Elisha and he was healed of his leprosy.
“Then went he down, and dipped himself seven times in Jordan, according to the saying of the man of God: and his flesh came again like unto the flesh of a little child, and he was cleaned.” 11Kings 5:14
When the secret of God is revealed to some people, they will shine.
Naaman shines because the secret of God was revealed to him.
When you are confronted with a problem, first get hold of God’s will that commits God to your rescue.
Remember, knowledge is what makes victory real. You cannot walk on earth powerless.
And in Proverb 23:7a the Bible says: “For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he.”
Brethren, be wise in all things you do. Use your confession, thought, and actions to get what you want.
