<p><b>The editor</b> <p><b>Ari Kupietzky,</b> DMD, MSc, is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and served as a member on the Advisory Council of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, Sedation and Hospital Section. He teaches part time at the Department of Pediatric Dentistry of the Hebrew University Hadassah School of Dental Medicine in Jerusalem, Israel, and is Visiting Professor at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in Newark, New Jersey, USA.
